POLICIES

• Minimum night stay – 2 nights
• Check in time: 2:00 PM | Check out time: 11:00 AM
• Maximum number of guests is 10 including children. Children under 3 years are not charged.
• A Reservation Payment of one (1) night’s rental, is required at the time of booking. This deposit automatically becomes the Security Deposit upon arrival and check-in.The deposit is NOT applied toward the full rental amount, and will be refunded within seven (7) days of departure, less any applicable damage deductions.
• Local T&T residents pay by direct deposit into our bank account, 30 days before arrival.
• Overseas residents pay in USD via wire transfer, 6 weeks before arrival.

DAMAGE  POLICY

One  (1) night rental is required at the time of booking. This payment automatically converts to the Security Deposit upon arrival or check-in. This Security Deposit is not applied toward the rent, and will be refunded within seven ( 7 ) days after your departure, less any applicable damage, deductions for any damage or loss to the villa or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.

CANCELLATION  POLICY

Cancellations before arrival, will incur the following penalty.

• Cancellation more than 30 days – No Penalty.   
• Between 14 and 30 days – 50% of Rental Cost
• Cancellation less than 14 days – 100% of Rental Cost
